熱鍍鋅方管

用鋼板等過熱鍍鋅池製成的方管

熱鍍鋅方管是用鋼板或鋼帶經過捲曲成型后焊接製成的方管於熱鍍鋅池通過一系列化學反應成型的方管;也可通過熱軋或冷軋鍍鋅鋼帶經過冷彎,而後高頻焊接而成的一種空心正方形截面鋼管。管的生產工藝簡單,生產效率高,品種規格多,設備資少,但一般強度低於無縫方管

表示方法
例:方管 50*50*5*6m,表示為:50(寬度)*50(寬度)*5(壁厚)*6m(米數)。因方管為等邊的,即常用米數為6米;一般行業簡單表示為:50*5方。按照方管的表示方法,方管一般以邊寬、壁厚作為表示標準。

性能


熱鍍鋅方管具有較好的強度、韌性、塑性和焊接等工藝性能且有良好的延展性,其合金層與鋼基附著牢固,因此熱鍍鋅方管可進行冷沖、軋制、拉絲、彎曲等各種成型而不損壞鍍層;適用於一般加工如鑽孔、切割、焊接、冷彎等工藝。熱鍍鋅后的件表面光亮美觀,可根據需求直接用於工程。

分類


熱鍍鋅方管有無縫和焊縫之分,無縫方管是將無縫圓管擠壓成型而成。

材質


普碳 Q235(A、B);低合金 Q345(A、B)

用途


熱鍍鋅方管由於其優異的性能常被用於:玻璃幕牆、電力鐵塔、通信電網、水及煤氣輸送、電線套管、房屋、橋樑、金屬結構、電力輸送、等方面,近幾年已大量地被採用。

熱鍍鋅方管一般以產品外觀判斷其是否合格,在方管外壁表面如出現 漏鍍、麻點白斑、重皮、氣泡、泛綠 且出現頻率過高,則判定為不合格產品。但在產品標準中對產品的偏差都有規定範圍,即尺寸的“允許偏差”

普通方管每米計算公式:(長+寬)*2*壁厚*0.00785 =每米重量,熱鍍鋅方管計算公式:(長+寬)*2*厚度*0.00785*1.06=每米重量
