《徠最初的夢想》採用了這首歌的曲子。網友經常誤以為銀龍是指當時牌子叫“銀龍”的自行車，“騎在銀龍背上”代指騎著自行車穿行於村落之間的鄉間醫生，但中島美雪親自回應過，銀龍指的是醫生手裡的手術刀。
