《Don't Tell 'Em》是美國R&B男歌手傑瑞邁與美國說唱歌手YG合作演唱的歌曲，由盧卡·安澤羅蒂、西亞·奧斯汀、本尼托·貝尼特斯、傑瑞邁·費爾頓、基曼·傑克遜、DJ Mustard、邁克爾·蒙澤及米克·舒爾茲等完成詞曲創作。歌曲被收錄在傑瑞邁第三張錄音室專輯《Late Nights》，於2014年5月15日作為專輯的首波主打單曲發行。
2015年3月30日，該曲獲iHeartRadio音樂獎“年度嘻哈/R&B歌曲”獎。
傑瑞邁在接受採訪時表示，歌曲的創作動機來源於說唱歌手Kid Ink歌曲《Show Me》商業上的成功。傑瑞邁參與創作了歌曲《Show Me》，並在最初被選定為這首歌曲的錄唱歌手之一（后被克里斯·布朗所取代）。而在《Show Me》取得成功之後他才有了錄製這首歌曲的想法。歌曲的副歌部分取樣自德國舞曲組合Snap!1992年歌曲《Rhythm Is A Dancer》 。
