2004年秋天，lanto發行了她的第一首單曲《i wont cry》。該單曲在各大電視電台引起了強烈的反響，受到一致好評，成為瑞典的單曲銷量冠軍。lanto還獲得NRJ音樂頒獎典禮的最受歡迎女歌手獎。
