原子核理論、強相互作用系統相變、緻密天體的結構和性質、物理學中的群論方法、計算物理

(2) 研究方向:

當前,原子核物理的發展進入了一個令人矚目的新階段。由於大型實驗裝置的興建和巨大發展,人們已經或即將把正常狀態的原子核(強相互作用系統)推向極端條件,如:高速旋轉(轉動頻率高達1020Hz)、超形變(長短軸比達2:1)甚至巨形變(長短軸比達3:1)、奇異形狀(梨形、香蕉形等)、反常中子質子比(暈核、超重核等)、常溫高密(如核天體等)、高溫低密(現在的高能核核碰撞產生的物質)、高溫高密(將要進行的高能核核碰撞產生的物質、核天體等)、乃至“新”的物質形態—夸克膠子等離子體。這些新的強相互作用系統的狀態和運動模式的發現既對傳統的量子多體理論提出了嚴重挑戰,同時也密切了與其他學科(如:高能物理、統計物理、天體物理凝聚態物理、宇宙學、等)的關係。這些極端條件下強相互作用物質狀態的發現對原子核物理等領域的研究不僅提出了嚴重的挑戰,更提供了重大機遇,成為當前原子核物理髮展的主攻方向。通過對這些極端條件下強相互作用物質核的研究,可以深化強相互作用理論的基礎知識的認識,了解極端條件下強相互作用物質的形態、性質、關聯和運動模式及作用機理,發展新的量子多體等方面的理論,為揭示早期宇宙強相互作用物質的演化行為提供信息。同時,該方面的研究也有可能對國民經濟及國防建設產生重大影響,例如:利用高K同核異能態到正常形變核態的退激製造核X射線激光可以使激光器的能量增益成數倍提高,核心塌縮型超新星爆發的研究可以為慣性約束核聚變提供借鑒。因此,目前的研究方向和興趣主要有:
• 強相互作用系統的相變
• 緻密核物質與緻密天體的結構、性質及其中的核反應和輸運過程
• 核內非核子自由度與核量子色動力學
• 極端條件下的原子核結構
• 原子核的運動模式及其相變
• 多體和少體系統的代數研究方法與計算物理
