趙晶

武漢大學經濟與管理學院教師

趙晶,女,生於1975年6月,漢族,河北邯鄲人,消費者科學博士,武漢大學市場營銷與旅遊管理系講師。曾承擔課程:本科生課程《定價策略》、本科生課程《營銷管理》、IMBA課程《Consumer Behavior》。

人物經歷


一、簡介
1994至2001年,南開大學國際商學院學習,分別獲得管理學學士和管理學碩士學位。2001年至2004年在上海市東方有線公司綜合運營部、客戶服務部工作。2006年赴美國普渡大學消費者科學及零售系留學,於2011年獲得消費者科學博士學位。自2012年8月起在武漢大學經濟與管理學院從事師資博士后研究。2014年7月加入武漢大學市場營銷與旅遊管理系。
主要研究領域:消費者行為、服務營銷、醫療保健營銷。先後在Cyberpsychology, Behavior, & Social Networking,Journal of service management,Industrial Marketing Management,Journal of Services Marketing,Information technology and management,Behaviour & Information Technology,《管理評論》發表多篇學術論文。主持國家青年自然科學基金一項、中國博士后特別資助一項、中國博士後面上基金一項、並參與多項自科面上項目、青年項目。
