任軍

美國杜克大學醫學院在職教員（Faculty）。曾任第四軍醫大學西京醫院腫瘤中心、北京大學腫瘤醫院大內科主任。首批北京市衛生系統高層次人才腫瘤內科學科帶頭人。先後負責國家自然科學基金、軍隊傑出青年基金、 “十二五”重大科技專項、首都特色重大課項目等30餘項課題資助。《胃癌血清MG-Ag免疫聚合酶鏈反應技術的研製及應用》獲得國家技術發明三等獎和陝西省科技進步一等獎，1995年總後勤部“十大傑出青年”榮譽稱號；2000年獲總後勤部“科技新星”；榮立解放軍一等功；“首都勞動獎章”、“京城好醫生”獲得者。

作為著名的臨床腫瘤專家，主攻方向為腫瘤化療、腫瘤內科綜合治療和腫瘤免疫治療。代表性的臨床及科研成績主要有以下幾個方面:

（一）、胃癌的血清學診斷及中國人群遺傳性胃癌發病相關分子的特徵研究（1991-2010年）。研究生期間在導師樊代明院士指導下，在國際上首創了適用於胃癌血清學診斷的免疫PCR新技術，使胃癌的血清學診斷率提高到70%以上，並確定了我國遺傳性胃癌的篩選和診斷標準。

（二）、在臨床實踐中逐步創立了“化療聯合免疫治療”的惡性腫瘤治療模式，顯著提高了腫瘤患者的臨床生存率及生活質量。將基礎研究與臨床實踐相結合，開展精確化腫瘤免疫治療的轉化研究。率先提出腫瘤疫苗聯合細胞免疫治療的聯合治療模式，發現T淋巴細胞受體（TCR）的克隆多樣性與療效相關。對複發轉移乳腺癌及年輕三陰性乳腺癌，提出針對乳腺癌不同臟器轉移的分層治療理念，顯著提高了臨床療效，建立了一整套適合中國國情的個體化治療方案。

（三）建立了腫瘤特異性免疫治療轉化研究關鍵技術平台。

利用腫瘤治療性疫苗北京市重點實驗室平台，開展Ad-CEA,Ad-HER2等系列腫瘤治療性疫苗研發，建立腫瘤疫苗體內分佈與分子顯像，腫瘤疫苗免疫監測等技術平台。吸引企業投資，實現產學研相結合，成為具有自主知識產權的系列疫苗研究中心。

（四）建立國際合作的新模式，促進臨床醫學科學家的專業人才培養。

建立了中美國際腫瘤研究創新合作模式，提出“臨床醫學科學家”的人才培養理念。通過國際合作，加速我國臨床腫瘤專業人才的培養，建成具有國際開放的腫瘤細胞免疫治療及腫瘤治療性疫苗國際醫學轉化研究中心。
