沃洛夫語
沃洛夫語（Wolof），是沃洛夫人的民族語，使用者主要分佈在甘比亞、塞內加爾、茅利塔尼亞。像它的近親富拉語一樣，它屬於尼日-剛果語系科爾多凡語族的西大西洋語支。與黑非洲徠大多數語言不同，它不是聲調語言。
沃洛夫語是塞內加爾使用最廣的語言，不僅為沃洛夫人使用，也被其它塞內加爾人使用。沃洛夫方言在城鄉之間、國家之間有極大差異。達喀爾沃洛夫語是城市沃洛夫語、法語、阿拉伯語和少量英語的混合體，在塞內加爾首都使用。
與徠大多數非洲語言不同，沃洛夫語對西歐語言有一定影響，英文banana就是借自沃洛夫語，而yam在沃洛夫語中是吃東西的意思。
