燕飛,博士、研究員,農業部植保生物技術重點實驗室副主任、浙江省植保生物技術重點實驗室副主任。目前針對重要糧食作物病毒病害和蔬菜等經濟作物病毒病害開展病毒與寄主的互作研究。現主持國際合作專項等項目5項,在New Phytologist, Molecular Plant Pathology, Journal of General Virology等雜誌發表論文30餘篇,授權發明專利5項。

1. 病毒-寄主互作研究
病毒的生命周期離不開寄主的物質、能量系統。從侵入植物體那一刻開始,病毒粒子的複製、組裝和擴散等每一個生命環節都依賴於病毒編碼蛋白與寄主蛋白的相互作用。探尋與病毒蛋白互作的寄主成分、闡明寄主成分和病毒基因產物的互作機制有助於加深我們對植物病毒生命周期和植物病毒致病機制的理解。在該研究方向中,我們會利用多種技術手段篩選、驗證病毒編碼蛋白與寄主的蛋白的相互作用,然後分析這些寄主蛋白對病毒增殖、擴散的影響,為揭示病毒致病機理提供理論依據,同時為有針對性地設計抗病毒策略奠定基礎。
2. 植物抗病毒轉基因育種研究
植物病毒病害每年造成嚴重經濟損失,利用安全、高效的基因工程方法獲得對某種(些)病毒表現高度抗性的轉基因植物新種質將是解決植物病毒病害行之有效的手段。從最初的轉病毒來源抗性基因到基於RNA沉默途徑的抗性途徑(dsRNA、hpRNA、amiRNA和ata-siRNA介導抗性),理論創新是提出並應用新抗性策略的基礎。我們在該研究方向中,擬結合病毒分子生物學、分子植物病理學的最新進展,以及我們在病毒-寄主互作研究中的最新結果,設計新的抗病毒思路,通過可行性驗證后最終應用於植物抗病毒育種研究。
3. 植物病毒分子鑒定
快速、高效地檢測植物致病病毒種類,了解其基因組信息是開展病害相關研究的基礎。我們擬在實驗室已建立馬鈴薯Y病毒屬、麝香石竹潛隱病毒屬、馬鈴薯X病毒屬特異性、快速、靈敏的檢測和基因組全序列擴增技術的基礎上,開發相應的病毒檢測試劑盒,為快速、高效地病毒檢測提供技術產品。
