環氧富鋅漆

該漆防鏽性能優異，附著力強，常溫快乾，漆膜中鋅粉含量較高，具有陰極保護作用，耐水防鏽性優異。主要用於造船，橋樑、集裝箱等鋼鐵構件，海上石油鑽井平台，港灣設施及化工設備等。

Capacity&Application：Excellent anticorrosive property,strong adhesion,quick drying in room temperature,rich zinc in it,protective function to cathodes and excellent water-proofing and anticorrosive property. Mainly used in shipping,bridges,containers and other steel components,as well as the sea drilling platform,fleet establishments and chemical equipments.

無氣噴塗、刷塗；

槍嘴型號：GRACO719無氣噴塗，噴出壓力:3－4kg/cm2；

混合比：組份一：組份二=1：5.6；

預混時間：20--30min，可使時間20℃48h；

表面處理：Sa2.5級、St3級，除去表面油污、水分及雜質等；

參考施工粘度：無氣噴塗9－13s；刷塗40－60s；

配套塗層：后道配套塗層：環氧漆、焦油環氧漆、氯化橡膠漆等。

主要用於鋼管、儲罐、鋼結構、集裝箱、船舶、海洋平台、海港設施以及惡劣腐蝕環境的底塗層。
