陳大明

海南大學教師

陳大明,1986年生,博士,副教授,碩士生導師。本科、碩士和博士均畢業於電子科技大學。

人物經歷


2008年本科畢業於電子科技大學應用化學專業,同年開始在電子科技大學電子信息材料與元器件專業讀研究生;
2011年9月獲得國家留學基金資助,在美國科羅拉多大學攻讀聯合培養博士;
2014年6月獲得電子科學與技術專業博士學位;
2014年7月到海南大學材料與化工學院任教。

研究方向


1. 電子材料與器件:鐵氧體材料與其在微波/毫米波器件中的應用, LTCC材料與其在濾波器、天線等微波器件中的應用。
2. 新能源材料與器件:固態電解質、鋰離子電池正極材料、全固態鋰離子電池的設計與製備。

學術成果


主持2項國家自然科學基金(在研)、2項省部級項目、2項重點實驗室開放課題;參與國家自然科學基金(3項),省創新團隊、重點項目和國際合作項目等5項省部級項目,獲得海南省自然科學獎1項,申請專利6項。
