楊清,男,中國留法博士,南京農業大學特聘教授、博士生導師。
楊清,2000年江蘇省政府海外引進人才、南京農業大學特聘教授、博士生導師, 分子生物學實驗室、馬鈴薯研究室負責人,中國馬鈴薯專業委員會委員, 教育部科技獎勵評審專家,教育部博士后與回國留學人員基金評審專家, 安徽省自然科學基金評審專家, 福建省自然科學基金評審專家, 加拿大生物學家協會會員,作物遺傳與種質創新國家重點實驗室客座教授,國家梨產業技術體系分子育種組成員。
1986.1-1989.1: 法國雷恩國立農業大學(ENSAR)植物科學系,植物生物工程專業博士;
1984.2-1985.12: 法國雷恩國立農業大學農學系,植物遺傳改良專業碩士;
1978.2-1982.2: 南京農業大學園藝系,蔬菜專業學士。
1992-97年, 在加拿大魁北克大學蒙特利爾分校(UQAM), 博士后、研究科學家;
1989-91年, 在法國國家農業研究院(INRA)雷恩研究中心做博士后研究。
1998-2000年, 在加拿大蒙特利爾大學(University of Montreal)植物生物學研究所(IRBV)工作、研究科學家;
2000年至今,在南京農業大學工作,從事植物功能基因組學、基因工程、馬玲薯生物技術和分子改良研究。
2000-02年,在南京農業大學生物科技學院工作,任特聘教授、博士生導師、研究生分子生物學實驗室主任,副院長;
2002年進入生命科學學院工作至今。

先後承擔國家基金委、教育部、科技部、外專局和省科技廳課題十多項。通過以上項目以培養博士研究生17名、碩士研究生39名。
主要成果:提出花椰菜離體雄性生殖的模型與機理; 建立了花椰菜小孢子單倍體再生體系,首次成功獲得單倍體植株; 建立了高效花藥懸浮培養體系; 建立了單倍體快速檢測鑒定方法; 創立了花蕾培養誘導單倍體新方法; 建立了落葉松成熟材料原生質體再生體系和再生潛力細胞篩選的數學模型; 利用不同倍體材料分析並提出馬鈴薯自交不親和性的新證據,進一步完善了自交不親和性的分子機理; 克隆了包括自交不親和等位基因在內7個功能基因,並在GenBank上登錄; 建立了馬鈴薯高效離體快繁體系; 建立了不同倍體不同生態型馬鈴薯微型薯誘導方法; 利用T-DNA突變體,研究擬蘭芥抗旱性,分離了若干個與抗旱相關的基因; 建立了農桿菌介導的馬鈴薯轉基因體系,獲得了MSI-99轉基因植株; 建立煙草葉綠體基因工程體系,將中長鏈羥基脂肪酸聚酯合成基因導入煙草; 研究多枝賴草耐鹽機理,克隆了耐鹽相關基因的cDNA片段; 建立了野生馬鈴薯微型薯誘導技術體系; 分離到馬鈴薯兩個光敏色素基因; 在馬鈴薯功能基因研究方面, 克隆了與塊莖發育光調控相關基因7個, 花色苷生物合成基因6個調控基因1個, 抗蟲基因2個; 在茄子抗黃萎病研究方面, 克隆了與防衛反應相關基因9個; 在水稻耐鹽性遺傳方面,克隆了與耐鹽相關的新基因2個; 在轉基因研究方面, 先後獲得了MSI-99轉基因馬鈴薯, 轉中長鏈羥基脂肪酸聚酯合成基因煙草, OsGA20ox2 RNAi半矮干水稻, 轉花青苷生物合成關鍵酶基因3GT馬鈴薯, 轉StoVe1馬鈴薯, 轉PGIP馬鈴薯, antisense-PHYB馬鈴薯, antisense-StCOL馬鈴薯等; 在洋蔥CMS不育性研究方面,揭示了CMS不育機理; 在其它方面, 研究了慈姑細胞骨架形成機制、大白菜對軟腐病菌的防衛機制、野生茄子抗黃萎病的分子機制以及馬鈴薯花色苷抗氧化機制。發表學術論文100餘篇。
