張海濤

張海濤，男，1977年7月生，武漢市人。華中科技大學自動化學院副院長、圖像信息處理與智能控制教育部重點實驗室副主任、華中學者特聘教授、博士生導師、長江學者獎勵計劃青年學者、中組部“青年拔尖人才支持計劃”入選者、國家優秀青年基金獲得者、教育部新世紀優秀人才。2000和2005年分別在中國科學技術大學獲得雙學士和博士學位，2007年1月至12月在英國劍橋大學從事博士后研究，2005年被華中科技大學破格評為副教授，2010年晉陞為教授，同年被評為博士生導師。曾赴劍橋大學、加州大學、弗吉尼亞大學等學術機構進行訪問研究。

從事群體智能、人工智慧、群體機器人協同製造、全自主無人艇集群協同控制研究，主持了國家自然科學基金聯合基金重點項目、優秀青年基金、重大研究計劃等各類項目二十餘項。發表和錄用SCI論文七十二篇，其中一作和通訊作者Automatica和IEEE彙刊三十一篇，參編英文專著三部，得到了十餘位歐美院士和四十餘位IEEE Fellow的好評，2016年成果入選 NaturePhysics研究亮點；申請和授權國家專利二十八件（含美國專利一件）；獲得了湖北省自然科學一等獎一項（排一）、中國產學研合作創新獎（排名第一）、日內瓦國際發明展金獎（排名第一）等獎勵。擔任SCI國際期刊 IEEE Trans. Circuits and Systems II、 Asian Journal of Control的編委和IEEE Senior Member，應美國科學院院長邀請在中美青年科學家會議上作大會報告。其領銜的“多機器人協同控制”團隊入選了2016年度華中科技大學學術前沿青年團隊。指導學生獲得湖北省優秀博士論文一次、優秀碩士論文兩次。

Hai-Tao Zhang was born in 1977. He received the B.E. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2000 and 2005, respectively.

He worked as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Cambridge during January-December 2007, and as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Cambridge during July-September 2008. From Feb 2014 till Feb. 2015, he worked as a visiting professor in ECE Department, University of Virginia. Since 2005, he has been with the Department of Control Science and Engineering, Huazhong (CentralChina) University of Science and Technology, where he was an Associate Professor from 2005 till 2010 and afterwards a Professor from late 2010 till now. He has coauthored three Springer Books and one InTech Book, and published more than seventy SCI-indexed journal papers in mainstream international journals including twenty-nine IEEE Transactions/Magazine papers, two Automatica papers, four ASME Transactions paper, four Physical Review papers and one Scientific Reports paper. His work has been highlighted by Nature.Physics (IF: 22.727) in 2016, and gained positive comments from leading experts such as more than ten academicians of national academy of sciences of the USA and Germany, and more than forty IEEE fellows alike. He has been invited by the president of American Academy of Science to give a plenary speech at Chinese-American Kavli Frontiers of Science Symposium, Irvine, CA, 2012.

His research interests include Multi-agent System and Artificial intelligence, Multi-robot collaborative manufacturing and Autonomous unmanned-boat cluster coordinated control. He was the PI of five projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, including one Excellent Youth Project and one key Project. He has been elected into National Youth Outstanding Talent Support Program of China. He is also the PI of a Chinese New Century Excellent Talents Project and an Outstanding Youth Project of Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province. He has won the First Class Natural Science Award (1/3), Hubei Province, P.R.China, and Chinese Outstanding Young Scientist Award 2013.

He is an IEEE Senior Member, the Chair of IEEE CSS Wuhan Chapter and Associate Editor for IEEE Trans. Circuits and Systems II, Scientific Reports, Asian Journal of Control, IST Transactions of Control Engineering, Journal of Systems Science and Mathematical Science and IEEE Control Systems Society Editorial Board. He also serves as a referee of more than thirty tier journals including ten IEEE Transactions, Automatica and some leading conferences including IEEE Conference on Decision and Control, IEEE American Control Conference and IFAC conference.
