連續培養
連續培養又叫開放培養,是相對分批培養或密閉培養而言的。是採用有效的措施讓微生物在某特定的環境中保持旺盛生長狀態的培養方法。微生物在一定條件下,如果不斷補充營養物質和排除有害的代謝產物,理論上,微生物都可保持恆定的對數生長。通常採用兩種方式:(1)恆濁培養. (2)恆化培養。
連續培養.,具體地說,當微生物以單批培養的方式培養到指數期的後期時,一方面以一定速度連續流入新鮮培養基和通入無菌空氣,並立即攪拌均勻;另一方面,利用溢流的方式,以同樣的流速不斷流出培養物。於是容器內的培養物就可達到動態平衡,其中的微生物可長期在指數期的平衡生長狀態和衡定的生長速率上,於是形成了連續生長。
