西泠印社拍賣有限公司成立於2004年12月，是一傢具備國家第一類文物拍賣經營資質，以中國古代、近現代書畫為重點，文房用品、油畫雕塑、瓷玉雜項、古籍善本等諸項並舉的綜合型拍賣公司。公司每年定期舉辦春季、秋季大型拍賣會，截止2009年6月，已成功舉辦9場大型藝術品拍賣會，連續創造、刷新並保持著中國南方藝術品拍賣的最高紀錄，成交總額近20億元，總成交率在80%以上，在中國古代書畫、印章硯台等文房領域位居國內藝術品拍賣翹楚之列，享有“江南第一槌”的美譽。
