公茂果

西安電子科技大學計算智能研究所所長

公茂果，二級教授，博士生導師，西安電子科技大學計算智能研究所所長，校學術委員會委員，校紀委委員，陝西省重點科技創新團隊負責人，國家重點研發計劃項目負責人。1999年起在西安電子科技大學攻讀學士和博士學位，2006年留校工作，任助教、講師，2008年破格晉陞副教授，2010年破格晉陞教授、博士生導師。

主要研究方向為計算智能理論與應用。主持國家重點研發計劃、國家863計劃、國家自然科學基金等二十餘項課題，發表論文100餘篇，被引用7500餘次，入選中國高被引學者，授權國家發明專利20餘項，獲2013年國家自然科學獎二等獎和2016年教育部自然科學獎二等獎。

擔任《IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation》(一區，IF: 8.124)、《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems》(一區，IF: 7.982)等期刊編委，IEEE計算智能學會Task Force on Collaborative Learning and Optimization主席，第十/十一屆BIC-TA等學術會議主席，中國人工智慧學會理事等。

曾獲"國家高層次人才特殊支持計劃（國家萬人計劃）"中組部青年拔尖人才（2012年）、國家優秀青年科學基金（2014年）、霍英東青年教師獎（2014年）、教育部新世紀優秀人才（2008年）等。
