2016年9月，加入上海科技大學創業與管理學院，任助理教授

周昊天博士致力於探索人類認知，情感以及行為的下層機制，以及這些機制在決策，市場營銷，人際關係等領域中的應用。他已有多篇論文在心理學的國際學術刊物發表。
