漫散射實驗站


一、簡介
北京正負電子對撞機儲存環I區的Wiggler插入件1W1引出了兩條同步輻射光束線1W1A和1W1B,這兩條光束線位於北京同步輻射裝置12號實驗廳。漫散射實驗站利用1W1A光束線提供的雙聚焦單色X射線,開展晶體及薄膜材料的結構研究。
二、研究範圍
漫散射實驗站可以開展晶體材料中的缺陷,薄膜、多層膜的表面/界面,納米材料結構等研究。
三、 ;研究方法和發展方向
X射線共面衍射/散射,X射線掠入射衍射/散射,X射線反射率/非鏡面散射,X射線掠入射小角散射等。
四、 ;束線結構
1W1A光束線的主要光學元件包括斜切彎晶單色器和平面壓彎反射鏡。斜切彎晶單色器距光源19米,實現1W1A束線的單色化及水平聚焦,並達到與1W1B光束線的分束的目的。平面壓彎反射鏡位於彎晶單色器后1.6米處,用於實現光束的水平聚焦並有效的抑制高次諧波

單色光能量: 8.05keV,13.9 keV
單色光能量解析度: 4.4 ´ 10-4 (@8.05keV)
