熊兵,男,博士,清華大學電子工程系副教授。

學習經歷

2005年1月,於清華大學電子工程系,獲工學博士學位。
2001年,於清華大學電子工程系,獲工學碩士學位。
1998年,於清華大學電子工程系,獲工學學士學位。

工作經歷

2009年12月至今,清華大學電子工程系,副教授。
2005年3月至2009年12月,清華大學電子工程系,講師。

學術兼職

2008年起,任北京真空學會副理事長。
2009年,任The 15th Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications(APCC2009)(第15屆亞太通訊大會)的Technical Program Committee(技術程序委員會)委員。
2010年,任”International Nano-Optoelectronics Workshop2010”(國際納米光電子學論壇2010)的”LOCAL ORGANIZING COMMITTEE”(本地組織委員會)委員。

主要貢獻


研究概況

在博士研究生階段初期,就作為主要成員參加了863課題“10Gb/s DFB-LD/EAM集成器件的研製”工作,並作出實質性貢獻。此後,作為核心骨幹參加了“973”計劃課題“DWDM高速集成光源中增益的周期性調製與控制”和“863”計劃課題“DFB-LD/EAM集成光源晶元及模塊”。
2005年3月留校參加工作以來,主要研究興趣集中於通信用半導體光電子晶元,包括材料設計、器件結構與真空薄膜工藝技術研究,研究領域包括半導體激光器、光調製器、高功率光探測器及其光子集成。作為負責人或第二負責人先後承擔973課題“高速寬頻集成光源中微波與光波相互作用機理研究”、重點基金子課題“高速、高線性EA調製器集成光源的研究”、國家專項2項(“高飽和光功率探測器”),作為核心骨幹承擔自然科學重點基金1項、國家專項課題1項,獲得的主要成果包括10Gb/s DFB-LD/EAM集成光源、帶寬均超過40GHz的DFB-LD/EAM、SOA/EAM集成光源器件、超靈敏質譜檢漏技術等。
