Broadcast/Multicast Control，廣播/組播控制。是L2層（數據鏈路層）協議的一個子層協議。它只存在於用戶層面（user plane），被置於無線鏈路控制協議（Radio Link Control）之上，類似於802.11協議中LLC層。
