南京大學教授

徠陳延峰,男,博士,南京大學教授,國家傑出青年基金獲得者,現為南京大學固體微結構物理國家重點實驗室主任,國家973計劃項目首席科學家。

2021年8月1日,入選2021年中國科學院院士增選初步候選人名單(技術科學部)。

研究方向:人工帶隙材料(光子晶體和聲子晶體)等。

1990-1993在南京大學做博士后;
2000年-2001年在MIT做訪問學者;
現為南京大學教授,博士生導師,長江學者特聘教授,材料科學與工程系系主任。
研徠究領域為材料物理與化學,研究方向是人工結構帶隙材料、薄膜多層膜聲學超晶格和鐵電/介電薄膜的設計、製備、表徵和光電性能。開設課程是材料物理。
在國際核心期刊(SCI)上發表論文90多篇,其中Science1篇,PRL2篇,APL和PRB20多篇;獲中國發明專利4項。1997年度入選教育部《跨世紀優秀人材培養計劃》,2002年獲國家傑出青年基金資助。2005年被聘為長江學者特聘教授,2005年度入選教育部創新團隊發展計劃。
2021年8月1日,入選2021年中國科學院院士增選初步候選人名單(技術科學部)。
