植株高10-15厘米。根狀莖長而攀援，密被棕色披針形鱗片。葉遠生；葉柄粗壯，長4-12厘米；葉片近三角狀披針形，長4-13厘米，寬4-7厘米，漸尖頭，向下漸變寬，近基部處有時有不規則的裂片，基部心形，兩側具大的垂耳，以較寬的闊翅下延，上部邊緣全緣或略呈波狀淺裂，下部通常分裂為1-2對裂片，干后紙質或厚紙質，淡灰綠色。孢子囊群圓形，較大，星散分佈於主脈兩側，有時被盾狀隔絲覆蓋。

浙江 (武義、遂昌) 、湖南 (永順) 、湖北 (巴東) 、四川 (南川、雅安) 、貴州(遵義) 。生山坡或山谷林下岩石上，海拔600-1450米。
