王曉雲,女,畢業於山東農業大學,先後獲得碩士和博士學位。
2008年到2010年到美國哈佛大學做高級訪問學者。主要研究方向為蛋白質(酶)的結構與功能的關係。

研究方向
主要研究方向為蛋白質(酶)的結構與功能的關係,在克隆、表達基因的基礎上,利用定點突變技術,研究關鍵氨基酸殘基對蛋白質結構及功能的影響等,特別是逆境脅迫下蛋白質表達與氧化脅迫的關係,以及二硫鍵形成途徑中關鍵酶的研究等,也包括酶的抑制動力學及生物體內代謝調控酶的分離純化、性質研究及調控機理的研究。
一直以來從事生物化學與分子生物學、植物生理生化方面的科研與教學工作,著重研究酶的催化機制以及結構與功能的關係。主持承擔國家自然基金、高等學校博士學科點專項科研基金、山東省優秀中青年科學家科研獎勵基金、作物生物學國家重點實驗室基金等課題。
主要貢獻
作為第一作者或通訊作者在“Antioxidant and Redox Signalling”、“International Journal of Biochemistry and Cell Biology”、“International Journal of Biological Macromolecules”、“中國農業科學”等國內外學術刊物發表學術論文60多篇。

對酶的熱穩定性及二硫鍵在去摺疊和再摺疊過程中的作用,有較深入的研究,指導博士研究生6人,碩士研究生33人,作為第一作者或通訊作者,在“Antioxidant and Redox Signalling”、“International Journal of Biochemistry and Cell Biology” 、“International Journal of Biological Macromolecules”、“Journal of Integrative Plant Biology”、“Plant Science”、“中國農業科學”、“作物學報”等國內外學術刊物發表學術論文60多篇,其中SCI收錄30餘篇。

承擔本科生《生物化學》《分子生物學》《基礎生物化學實驗》;碩士研究生《生物化學》;博士研究生《蛋白質結構與功能》等課程的教學工作,主持的生物化學課程為教育部雙語建設課程、山東省首屆精品課程和山東省重點建設課程,所在的教學團隊為生物化學與分子生物學系列課程國家級教學團隊。
