研究內容


1.由於遺傳上的冗餘性,傳統的正向遺傳學篩選可能會“漏掉”一些參與凋亡細胞吞噬過程的基因,我們將運用特異的正向遺傳學篩選手段來獲得這些基因
徠2.運用反向遺傳學尋找參與凋亡細胞清除過程的新基因
3.對所鑒定的吞噬相關基因展開凋亡細胞吞噬過程調節機制的研究
