朱曉農
南開大學現代光學研究所教授
男,1991年畢業於英國St. Andrews大學物理、天文系,獲博士學位。長期從事激光與光子學前沿研究及其相關技術開發工作。科學出版社《光學與光子學叢書》首屆編委會副主編,中國宇航學會光電技術專業委員會常務委員,《紅外與激光工程》雜誌編委。曾任南開大學現代光學研究所副所長、光電信息科學與技術教育部重點實驗室主任。
在南開任教期間,為研究生開設全英文授課的“超快激光光學基礎(Fundamentals of Ultrafast Laser Optics)”課程;幫助倡導成立了“美國光學學會-南開學生分會”,並一直擔任其顧問。在所帶研究生中,二人次獲南開大學優秀博士論文獎和天津市優秀博士論文獎(同時獲百篇全國優秀博士論文提名)。2013年,所指導的研究生獲美國光學學會“Optics & Photonics News”雜誌第8屆“After Image Photo Contest”一等獎 和榮譽獎。
1993-1995年在加拿大Laval大學激光光電子中心做博士后研究。2002年回國前先後在英國St. Andrews大學,加拿大Toronto大學,美國Quantronix公司,加拿大國家研究院集成製造技術研究所,加拿大JDS-Uniphase公司任職十餘年。
