hWndCenter

需要居中的窗口的句柄，如果此參數為NULL（默認值），該方法將設置hWndCenter到窗口的父窗口，如果它是一個子窗口。否則，將設置hWndCenter到窗口的所有者窗口。

TRUE 如果窗口成功居中則為TRUE，否則為 FALSE。
