劉辛軍,清華大學機械工程系教授,博士生導師,傑青,長江學者特聘教授,萬人計劃領軍人才,系主任助理,精密超精密製造裝備及控制北京市重點實驗室主任,主要研究機構學,先進位造裝備,機器人學。

研究方向


圍繞並聯機構及裝備設計理論這一核心問題,系統地開展了並聯機構構型綜合理論、性能評價體系、多參數尺度綜合方法、裝備研發技術及其共性基礎理論的研究。建立了基於平行四邊形機構單元的構型設計方法,面嚮應用性能,發明了多種新型實用並聯機構,滿足了不同領域應用需求。提出了綜合考慮運動和力傳遞特性的並聯機構性能分析理論和評價體系,以及相應的機構參數設計的思想,補充了並聯機構的設計理論。基於空間模型理論,較系統地建立了基於性能圖譜和優質尺度域的參數尺度綜合方法,能更好地解決多指標需求下的尺度綜合問題,使工程設計更加靈活。此外,形成了具有特色的多自由度聯動混聯裝備的自主研發技術體系,研發的部分裝備得到各界好評,並在企業的生產線上得到應用。
