利用環境同位素18O和D、15N、水化學、以及地下水年齡示蹤方法（CFCs，3H和14C等），揭示與模擬區域生態水文過程、地表水/地下水交換、區域水環境演化過程。

農田生態系統水熱、碳、氮通量及其相互作用過程與機理研究。包括定位監測和碳氮循環的生物地球化學過程研究。

農田生態系統有機污染狀況及其在土壤、地表水、地下水中的演化機理。
