科研成就

研究領域
博士期間,從事一維過渡族金屬氧化物納米線和碳納米管等材料物性研究和器件研製方面的研究,研製單根納米線場效應晶體管、鐵電儲存器和氣體感測器。博士後期間主要從事石墨烯高速晶體管的研發。現主要從事高性能電子器件的研究。
