蘭·拉森(Len Lesser)1922年出生在紐約，1942年獲得了紐約州大學學士學位，二戰期間在 美國軍隊服役。多年來拉森一直涉足於電影、電視和舞台劇。拉森代表作有達斯汀·霍夫曼主演的影片《巴比籠》，以及克林特·伊斯特伍德自導自演的西部片《不法之徒邁·韋爾斯》，而他最讓廣大觀眾熟知的角色是知名美劇《宋飛傳》中萊昂一角。
當地時間2月16日，美國老牌男星蘭·拉森(Len Lesser)在加利福尼亞的家中去世，享年88歲。
