主要成就


科研成就

研究領域
電子材料及薄膜微結構工程。
在使用新工藝、新方法對薄膜微結構進行調製,和在對鐵電、高溫超導、巨磁阻和應變硅的薄膜生長等方面取得了一系列創新性成果,在NatureMaterials、Angew.Chem.Int.Ed.、AdvancedMaterials、Appl.Phys.Lett.等國際刊物發表學術論文50餘篇,SCI他引400餘次;獲中國發明專利2項,美國專利1項,待授權美國發明專利2項。
曾先後在美國休斯敦大學從事介電薄膜外延生長和界面控制研究,在洛斯阿拉莫斯國家實驗室從事樹脂薄膜和納米材料的微結構控制和新型製備方法的研究,在英特爾封裝測試研發中心組裝微電子回國以來,致力於系統地研究電子薄膜和納米材料的生長,微結構和性能的轉換方法,及其在新型電子器件中的應用,目前已建立了團結協作,思想活躍的科研團隊,並承擔和參加一些國家級科研項目。
研究課題涉及無機柔性電子器件的研究和應用,氧化物鐵電和高介電集成薄膜的合成與器件應用,碳基納米材料的合成方法研究,碳基納米材料在微電子互連封裝及光電子器件中的應用。 
科研成果
研究領域是電子材料及薄膜微結構工程。對薄膜微結構進行調製,和在對鐵電、高溫超導、巨磁阻和應變硅的薄膜生長等方面取得了一系列創新性成果,相關研究成果已獲中國發明專利4項,美國專利4項,待授權中國發明專利10項,部分成果已應用到國內外微電子公司的器件製作中,先後在NatureMater等國際刊物發表相關基礎研究論文100餘篇。
