劉玉榮

1964年1月，出生。

1986年畢業於蘇州大學數學系，同年考入南京理工大學應用數學系，並於1989年獲碩士學位，

2001年畢業於蘇州大學數學系獲博士學位.。

2003年10月－2004年10月由江蘇省教育廳資助分別訪問英國University of Warwick及Brunel University。

2006年4月－2006年9月應邀再次去英國Brunel University進行合作研究。
