1987.7畢業於南開大學生物系動物學專業，獲學士學位

1990.7畢業於甘肅農業大學動物病理專業，獲碩士學位

2001.7 畢業於中國海洋大學水產養殖 專業，獲博士學位

1990－2003 天津農學院水產科學系 講師、副教授、教授

2000－2001 英國Aberdeen大學 高級訪問學者

2001－2004 中國科學院海洋研究所 博士后

2004－至今 清華大學深圳研究生院 副教授

1、魚類免疫學：魚類細胞因子基因的克隆、表達與活性鑒定。重點研究魚類促炎細胞因子，包括干擾素、白介素、腫瘤壞死因子、趨化性因子和轉化生長因子對特異性發生和非特異性免疫的調節機制等。

2、海洋動物病害控制：包括鮑魚、魚類的健康養殖體系的建立與重大疾病防治。

獲得省部級科技進步二等獎三項，三等獎6項；天津市優秀科技分子稱號和天津市人才獎等。

主持自然科學基金兩項，省部級科技攻關三項，國家863計劃一項，參加國家863計劃兩項，973計劃一項。
