公正

公正是指按照一定的社會標準、正當的秩序合理地待人處事，是制度、體系和組織的重要道德品質。公正包含公民參與經濟、政治和社會其他生活的機會公平、過程公平和結果分配公平。該書梳理了公正的含義，公正之於中國特色社會主義的意義，並進一步認為，在社會主義核心價值觀中，公正與自由、平等以及和諧有著極大的相關度。自由、平等是公正的前提，公正則是和諧的保障。在全面建設小康社會的道路上，在實現人的全面、自由發展的過程中，公正扮演的角色將越來越重要。

韓震，山東省陽谷縣人，哲學博士，教授，博士生導師，北京外國語大學黨委書記。曾任北京師範大學副校長、北京外國語大學校長。主要社會兼職有：馬克思主義理論研究和建設工程諮詢委員會委員，教育部高等學校教學指導委員會哲學類專業教學指導委員會主任委員，北京市哲學學會副會長等。曾入選北京市“跨世紀青年理論工作者百人工程”培養計劃、教育部“跨世紀人才”培養計劃、人事部等部委首批“新世紀百千萬國家級人才”、中宣部“四個一批”人才培養人選、中組部“哲學社會科學領軍人才”。主要研究方向為近現代歐美哲學、西方歷史哲學、價值哲學。先後主持多項國家和省部級重大攻關項目，多次獲得國家級和省部級人文社會科學優秀成果獎
