1)對作物蒸散發規律和過程、節水灌溉機理、制度和提高農田水分利用效率的界面調控機理和途徑等方面進行研究;
2)對提高水分利用效率的節水灌溉技術、品種篩選、耕作和種植技術等研究;
3)模擬農田生態系統不同水分管理對作物生產和環境的影響。
