張震博士，大連理工大學系統工程研究所副教授，工商管理博士后流動站博士后，碩士生導師，曾為澳大利亞悉尼科技大學量子計算與智能系統中心聯合培養博士生，西班牙哈恩大學訪問學者。
張震博士，大連理工大學系統工程研究所副教授，工商管理博士后流動站博士后，大連市數據科學與知識管理重點實驗室成員，大連理工大學大數據與智能決策研究中心骨幹成員，國家創新研究群體“新興電子商務的信息與物流管理”成員，管理科學與工程、系統工程專業碩士生導師，澳大利亞悉尼科技大學量子計算與智能系統中心聯合培養博士生，西班牙哈恩大學計算機科學系訪問學者。主要研究方向為決策理論與方法、數據挖掘與知識管理、社會網路分析。主持國家自然科學基金青年科學基金項目1項，中國博士后科學基金（一等資助）1項，中央高校基本科研業務費項目2項，參與多項國家自然科學基金面上項目和青年科學基金項目的研究。2012年獲得大連理工大學第五屆“博士生學術之星”榮譽稱號，2018年入選大連市青年科技之星。迄今為止，在《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems》、《Knowledge-Based Systems》、《Computers & Industrial Engineering》、《Journal of the Operational Research Society》、《Information Sciences》、《Expert Systems with Applications》、《International Journal of Systems Science》、《International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems》、《Physica A》、《Informatica》、《Applied Mathematical Modelling》、《系統工程理論與實踐》、《控制與決策》和《情報學報》等國內外重要學術期刊和國際會議上發表學術論文31篇，其中SCI檢索14篇（第一作者/通訊作者12篇），SSCI檢索5篇，EI檢索27篇，管理與經濟學部認定的TOP10期刊8篇，ESI高被引論文1篇，論文獲得遼寧省自然科學學術成果獎三等獎、大連市自然科學優秀學術論文一等獎、三等獎。現為IEEE會員，中國系統工程學會會員，中國運籌學會會員，CCF會員，擔任國際SCI期刊Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems（IF: 1.426）、Kybernetes（IF: 0.980）副編輯、國際期刊Frontiers in Big Data審稿編輯，中國管理現代化研究會商務智能專業委員會副秘書長和中國大百科全書（第三版）管理科學與工程卷“大數據與知識管理”學科分支秘書、國家自然科學基金委通訊評審專家、CAIE、EJOR、IEEE-TFS、IEEE-TSMC、IEEE-TCYB、IEEE-TEM、IJITDM、IJPR、IJSS、INS、JORS、KBS和Omega等40種國際SCI/SSCI期刊、《系統工程理論與實踐》、《管理工程學報》、《控制與決策》、《南開管理評論》和《系統科學與數學》等國內期刊和10多種國際學術會議的同行評審專家。
