天然產物是新葯研究的重要來源。迄今為止,幾乎一半以上的臨床抗癌藥物和抗感染藥物都是來自天然產物。近年來,隨著基因組學、蛋白組學和代謝組學以及系統生物學的快速發展,天然產物的研究迎來了新的歷史性機遇,發現和發展新的天然產物及其分離製備方法,揭示其新的作用機制和應用價值成為當前研究的一大熱點。工作主要集中於:抗腫瘤天然產物(生物毒素)的提取分離、結構鑒定、作用機制及其應用研究;天然產物在癌症預防中的作用及機制;中藥配伍機制在天然抗腫瘤先導化合物優化中的應用(即組合的研究策略用於癌症);特殊生物資源的高效利用和開發。我們試圖通過新的高效逆流色譜及相關色譜技術,分離和鑒定一些結構新穎的具有抗腫瘤活性的天然產物(生物毒素);通過代謝組學和蛋白質組學等方法發現一些具有潛在藥物價值的天然產物;通過上游和下游的細胞生物學激活或抑制,發現一些天然產物的新的作用通路,為天然產物的抗腫瘤應用奠定基礎。
近年來,主持承擔國家自然科學基金、浙江省自然基金及企業橫向項目等多項課題的研究,在國內外發表相關論文二十餘篇,申請和授權各類專利10餘項。
