魯世平

魯世平,男,1962年10月出生,數計學院教授、博士、碩士生導師。

基本情況


1993.7—1996.7在安徽大學攻讀碩士學位. 1996.7—2001.3安徽師範大學數計學院任教, 並於2000.7破格晉陞副教授. 2001.3—2004.2在職攻讀北京理工大學博士學位。2004.3獲博士學位,畢業回校工作,2004.10破格晉陞教授。

2、研究生:《常微分方程補充教程》、《微分方程邊值問題》、《微分方程幾何理論》、《泛函微分方程》和《非線性泛函分析》

發表學術論文 40 余篇,代表性論文有:《論國際統一實體法的漸進性與不平衡性》(該文為權威學術性文摘《中國社會科學文摘》 2006 年第 5 期全文轉載)、《 20 世紀末國際私法法律價值實現考察》;專著有:《私法統一化之法哲學研究》(商務印書館 2009 年版)、《電子商務法總論》(陝西科學技術出版社 2008 年版);主持 2009 年度教育部人文社會科學研究基金項目《 CSR 的國際立法走向及對中國的啟示》(項目批准號: 09XJC820021 ),同時主持其他級別基金項目數項。
