李立

國家海洋局第三海洋研究所研究員

李立,男,1946年生,福建省泉州市人,物理海洋學家,國家海洋局第三海洋研究所研究員、廈門大學博士生導師,享受國務院政府特殊津貼(1993)。1969年畢業於北京大學物理系,1980年調入國家海洋局第三海洋研究所開始從事海洋科學研究,1983-1985年在美國羅德到大學海洋研究生院進修物理海洋學,1995年在美國德州農工大學海洋系作為時半年的訪問研究。在南海和台灣海峽區域海洋學,黑潮與南海相互作用、邊緣海低頻中尺度過程,南海環流、微波高度計海洋應用等領域有所造詣。先後承擔或參加國家攻關計劃、攀登計劃、863計劃、973計劃、國家專項計劃項目,國家自然科學基金重點和面上項目等和大型橫向項目約40項,發表論文百餘篇,其中SCI/EI 論文二十餘篇,獲國家科技進步三等獎一次獎,國家海洋局科技進步一等獎一次。
