方長明

全國先進生產者。浙江諸暨人。1947年進蘇嘉湖汽車運輸公司，解放后併入江蘇省汽車運輸公司蘇州客運分公司，任駕駛員。1956年加入中國共產黨。他數十年擔任駕駛工作員，愛車如家，待客似友，注意檢查和精心保養車輛，1950年至1959年，創造了安全行使427048公里的好成績，並積累了“二不、三注意、五慢”安全行使的成功經驗。1959年在全國“群英會”上被授予全國先進生產者稱號。

簡歷：

1985年北京林業大學森林生態學碩士。

1997年畢業於英國Edinburgh大學生態研究所，獲博士學位，研究方向為土壤溫室氣體排放的測量與模型。

1998-2001年，任Edinburgh大學獨立博士后研究員，研究全球氣候變化下的土壤碳分解。

2001年起任英國Aberdeen大學研究員，從事土壤碳分解理論的探索和生態模型的研究。

2005年回國到復旦大學任現職，主持土壤生態學方向的研究工作。

主要研究方向：

1）生態系統過程，碳氮循環及其調控機制，植物和土壤微生物之間的相互作用；

2）土壤溫室氣體（CO2，CH4，NOx）的產生和擴散，溫室氣體排放的測量技術；

3）全球氣候變化和土地利用變化對生態系統過程的影響，土壤環境和碳氮動態在不同時空尺度上的變化規律及其與環境變化和人為干擾的相互關係；

4）土壤生態模型，預測環境變化和土地利用對土壤水熱交換，碳氮過程及溫室氣體排放的影響。
