四川大學教授

陳小川,男,畢業於蘭州大學四川大學教授。

人物經歷


1992 年至1996年,在蘭州大學化學系化學基地班學習,獲理學學士學位。
1996年至1999年,在蘭州大學化學化工學院從事天然有機方向學習研究,獲理學碩士學位。
1999年至2002年,在蘭州大學化學化工學院從事有機合成方向學習研究,獲理學博士學位。
2003年至2007年,在法國國家科學研究中心( CNRS )下屬的天然物質化學研究所( ICSN ,法國最大的國立化學研究所)進行博士后研究工作,主要從事高抗癌活性生物鹼化合物的合成研究。
2007年9月,進入四川大學化學學院工作。

主要貢獻


工作業績

主要從事天然產物合成及相關方法學研究工作,先後對木脂素和活性海洋生物鹼兩類天然產物進行合成研究。與合作者共同發展了幾條合成這兩類化合物的有效路線,特別是對 Ecteinascidin 743 、 Ecteinascidin 583 和 Cribrostatin IV 等高抗癌活性的生物鹼進行了合成,在策略和產率上取得了一定的突破,具有重要的理論價值和現實意義。也從事過天然產物的提取、分離和鑒定工作,發現了幾個新的糖甙化合物。現已發表 SCI 論文二十餘篇,國際國內會議論文近十篇,國際發明專利一項(公開號 : WO 2007/045686 A2 ),並參與了《現代有機合成化學進展》一書相關章節的編寫工作。
