黃震

四川大學教授

黃震 教授。他是中美化學及化學生物學教授協會(CAPA) 第一任主席,以及三位創始人之一。他為學術界做了很多工作,為中美學術和科技交流做出了積極貢獻。他被選為中國和美國聯邦政府研究基金的評審員以及國際多種高端學術刊物的評審員。他曾擔任多本書藉刊物的編輯或客座編輯。黃震教授曾就讀於四川大學、北京大學、瑞士蘇黎世聯邦理工大學,以及哈佛大學醫學院,師從2009年諾貝爾醫學獎得主傑克·邵斯達克(Jack Szostak)教授。

他是硒核酸、RNA核酸基因晶元、硒核酸生物平台技術及其硒核酸晶體結構研究的獨創發明人。他在《美國化學會雜誌》,《德國應用化學》,《核酸研究》及其他專業雜誌和刊物上發表文章100多篇。他的研究項目多次獲獎。他曾獨立獲得21項研究基金,其中包括美國聯邦政府研究基金、美國喬治亞州政府研究基金、癌症研究傑出專家基金和企業界研究基金的支持。其研究項目已經獲得或正在申請中國、美國、歐洲及國際專利及發明(30多項)。他也使用自己發明的創新技術來積極推動大核酸產業的發展以及生物醫藥技術的進步。

工作經歷


1980-1984年,獲得四川大學學士學位,分析化學專業
1984-1987年,獲得北京大學碩士學位,生物有機化學專業
1988-1994年,獲得瑞士蘇黎世聯邦理工大學(ETH, Zurich)博士學位,化學生物學專業。
1994-1998年,哈佛大學醫學院遺傳系博士后,從師於2009年諾貝爾醫學獎得主邵斯達克教授(Professor Jack Szostak)
1998年, 被聘入紐約城市大學布魯克倫學院為助理教授
2004年, 升為副教授,並被聘入喬治亞州立大學化學系
2009年, 升為喬治亞州立大學終身正教授,獲大學傑出教授獎,並為美國喬治亞州癌症研究傑出研究員
2014–今,四川大學生命科學學院正教授

研究方向


目前他的主要研究興趣包括:硒核酸以及碲核酸創新性研究,包括生物化學合成,核糖核酸衍生化和核酸及核酸-蛋白複合物晶體結構及功能研究,以核酸和核酸-蛋白複合物結構測定為基礎的新葯研發,核酸適配體和核酶的篩選及功能研究,疾病的核酸檢測診斷,核酸基因測序,高保真鹼基識別與RNA晶元,核酸抗腫瘤藥物研究。
