滕脈坤,男,漢族,教授、博士生導師,主要從事生化與分子生物學、結構生物學等研究。

個人簡介


滕脈坤, 男,1956年1月生,教授、博士生導師。
現任中國科技大學生命科學學院院長助理,分子生物學與細胞生物學系常務副主任。中國毒理學會理事,生物毒素毒理專業委員會主任,中國生物物理學會、中國晶體學會會員。
作為訪問學者,曾分別在美國麻省理工學院生物系(1986-1988)、美國依里洛依大學厄本-香檳分校生理與生物物理系(1988-1989)、美國普度大學生命科學系(1992)、美國哈佛大學醫學院Dana-Farber腫瘤研究所(1996-1997)等進修和交流。多年從事生物大分子晶體學和結構與功能關係研究,主要從事DNA寡聚核苷酸及其DNA-藥物複合物的晶體學;病毒晶體學;T-細胞受體及其複合物的晶體學等;葡萄糖異構酶蛋白質工程中的結構測定和蛋白質分子設計等研究;中國尖吻蝮蛇蛇毒蛋白的結構測定和結構與功能關係研究工作。
多年來主持和參與了多項國家和中國科學院的重點和重大課題的研究工作。獲教育部高等教育科學技術二等獎(排名第三,2000年);安徽省教育廳科技進步一等獎(排名第三,2000年)。在Immunity, TheemboJournal, PNAS, Current Biology,Biochemistry, Nucleic Acids Res., Acta Cryst. D, 中國科學科學通報等國際、國內著名學術刊物共發表論文近五十篇。
