2011年毅然放棄了國外優厚的工作和生活條件回國工作，繼續從事影像醫學與核醫學分子影像的疾病診斷與治療的臨床與轉化型研究。

研究領域

1、基於分子影像的精準診斷與新型治療方法（包括幹細胞、T細胞治療，靶向治療等），多模式（PET/CT/MRI/光學等）影像介導的精準診治一體化基礎研究與臨床應用。

2、基於分子影像的人類重大疾病（神經與精神疾病、心梗、惡性腫瘤等）臨床診斷與治療方案設計、療效精準評估與預后監測。

3、基於腦機融合、影像組學、大數據、人工智慧等的新型分子影像的精準臨床診治。

4、分子誘導發光（AIE）的生物醫學影像基礎與轉化研究。
