楊文超
西北工業大學教師
楊文超,1985年生於陝西岐山,西北工業大學材料科學與工程學院副教授。2006年在中南大學材料科學與工程學院獲工學博士學位; 2011至2015月在英國Brunel University London先進凝固技術研究中心(BCAST)開展博士后研究工作。2015年1月加入西北工業大學,特評副教授,碩士生導師,擔任中國金屬學會電磁冶金與強磁場材料科學分會委員。
2002年進入中南大學材料科學與工程學院學習,於2006年成為該院材料物理專業研究生,師從汪明朴和李周教授。在此期間對材料的組織結構與性能之間的關係產生極大興趣,並獲得直接攻讀博士資格。2011年,在汪明朴教授指導下,完成論文答辯,獲工學博士學位。攻讀博士學位期間,研究工作主要是分析汽車用鋁合金材料(Al-Mg-Si系合金)的變形機制和疲勞斷裂性能, 以及在烤漆工藝中鋁合金的固態相變,結構和性能之間的關係,沉澱硬化機理,納米析出相的微觀組織結構和位向關係。2011年博士畢業后,成為布魯內爾大學凝固技術中心博士后研究員。主要從事新的汽車用鋁合金材料開發,通過高壓壓鑄工藝製備汽車用鋁合金薄壁件,進一步研究高壓壓鑄過程中的鋁合金材料的凝固過程及其微觀組織和性能,以及研究汽車用鋁合金材料在回收利用過程中,不斷增加的雜質元素對其性能的影響, 同時藉助於高分辨透射電子顯微鏡深入到納米甚至原子尺度去觀察形核質點和熔體之間的界面,研究金屬材料凝固過程中的非均勻形核和毒化機理。研究工作得到英國EPSRC,Towards Affordable, Closed-Loop Recyclable Future Low Carbon Vehicle Structures項目和英國國家液態金屬創新製造中心(Lime)支持。
2015年1月作為人才引進加入西北工業大學,特評副教授。主要從事鎳基高溫合金和汽車用鋁合金的凝固過程式控制制,合金的微觀組織結構與力學性能和腐蝕性能之間的關係。近幾年來,在Scripta Materialia、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、Metallurgical and Materials Transactions A、Materials Characterization、Materials Science and Engineering: A、Philosophical Magazine Letters等國內外學術期刊上發表學術論文30餘篇。擔任Scripta Materialia、Metallurgical and Materials Transactions A、Microscopy and microanalysis、Materials Science and Engineering: A、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、Philosophical Magazine Letters、Materials Characterization等國際知名學術期刊審稿人。
本團隊主要採用先進的技術分析手段(SEM、HRTEM、STEM、3DAP等)研究金屬結構材料(鋁合金和鎳基高溫合金)的微觀組織演變及其與合金力學性能(強度和蠕變壽命)之間的關係。歡迎有興趣的同學加入我的團隊,報考我的研究生。
