左華,女,西南大學副教授,博士,碩士生導師,畢業於韓國國立昌原大學(Changwon National University)。

研究方向


藥物及中間體合成在Tetrahedron, Tetrahedron Letters等SCI刊物上發表論文20餘篇,中國發明專利受理2項。主持重慶市自然科學基金1項,西南大學博士啟動基金1項,主研重慶市科技攻關項目2項。

研究領域


主要研究方向為藥物及中間體合成;DNA的自組裝、以DNA為模板的有機合成熒光有機小分子探針的合成及應用。目前研究領域為Smiles重排用於C-C鍵、C-N鍵和C-S鍵的形成,以及黃樟素氧化物的衍生物的合成研究。近幾年主要從事:1)Smiles 重排在有機合成中的應用,尋找並發現具有潛在生物活性的小分子。利用該重排反應,合成了二苯胺、吡啶基苯胺、苯並噻嗪酮、苯並噁嗪酮、黃樟素氧化物的氨基衍生物、吡啶並噁嗪酮;合成了香豆素類、色滿類、苯並呋喃等化合物。2)通過T-junction作用研究DNA自組裝成納米籠;以DNA為模板探索有機醯化等反應。3)合成羅丹明衍生物的有機小分子探針及應用於生物檢測。承擔研究生和本科的 《波譜解析》、《有機化學》、《藥物合成》、《藥學英語》、《製藥工藝學》等專業課程。
