雷威，男，漢族，1967年9月出生，博士研究生學歷，東南大學教務處 處長，東南大學教授，博士生導師。
1993——1997，東南大學電子工程系電子束技術研究室從事物理電子器件的研究與設計；
1998.01——1999.01，荷蘭Philips公司研究訪問，從事顯示器件的研究與設計；
1999—— ，東南大學顯示技術研究中心從事顯示器件的研究和設計。
