李春洋，1969年10月生，經濟研究所副所長，副研究員。主要從事武漢經濟發展，武漢城市圈和中部崛起研究。
武漢市十二屆政協委員，2011年武漢市政府專項津貼獲得者，民盟武漢市社會與法制委員會副主任，提案委員會委員。《武漢城市圈藍皮書》2009、2010、2011版執行主編，湖北省武漢城市圈研究會專職副秘書長，中國經濟地理學會會員，中國區域經濟學會會員。
《中部地區建設國家綜合配套改革試驗區的戰略意義》，《開放導報》，？（該文被國務院發展研究中心信息網、政府和學術網站登載）
《中部地區六大城市群比較分析》，（被人大複印資料、《城市經濟、區域經濟》轉載，並獲武漢市第十次社科優秀成果獎）

LiChun Yang, male, was born in October 1969,he is the deputy director of Changjiang River Valley Economic Institute, associate researcher. His directions are urban and regional economies, mainly in the economic development of Wuhan, Wuhan City Circle and the Rise of Central China. He is a member of 12 session of the CPPCC National Committee in Wuhan City, 2011 Wuhan municipal government special allowance winner, deputy director of the Democratic League of Wuhan City Society and Legal Committee, a member of the Motions Committee. the executive editor-in-chief of "Wuhan City Circle Blue Book" of 2009,2010 and 2011 versions, the full-time Deputy Secretary-General of Hubei Province, Wuhan City Circle, a member of China Economic Geographical Society of China Regional Economic Association.
