宋國峰,博士,研究員,博士生導師,中國科學院半導體研究所納米光電子實驗室主任。

人物簡介


宋國峰,1987年北京理工大學光電工程系畢業獲工學學士學位; 1992年中國科學院北京天文台獲理學碩士學位; 2000年北京理工大學光電工程系獲光學工程專業工學博士學位; 2001年中國科學院國家天文台獲理學博士學位。
1992至2001年在國家(北京)天文台主要從事光學及光譜分析儀器研製,物理光學天體物理技術的研究工作。先後參加過國家基金委重大項目太陽磁場速度場和空間太陽望遠鏡的研究;中國科學院重大項目多通道太陽望遠鏡的研製;中國科學院特別支持項目球載太陽望遠鏡的研製;中國科學院重大項目和863-2項目空間太陽望遠鏡關鍵技術攻關及地面演示系統的研製。擔任上述項目的總體專家組成員,子課題組組長。取得了多項研究成果,一九九五年獲科學院科技進步一等獎,一九九六年獲國家科技進步二等獎,2000年獲政府特殊津貼。

研究領域


(1)表面等離子激元物理、材料的研究;基於表面激元的新型有源、無源器件的研究;基於表面等離子激元效應的光子集成晶元、太陽能電池、生物感測器件的研究;人工電磁介質器件的研究。(2)微納結構加工和檢測技術研究包括納米壓印技術及應用,有源探針近場光學測試分析技術等的研究。(3)DFB、F-P腔、VCSEL等大功率半導體激光器的研製包括大功率半導體激光器的製備技術研究,退化機理研究,大功率半導體激光器應用研究。銻化物激光器的研製。
目前招收上述方向的碩士研究生和博士生(與陳良惠院士聯合培養)。在讀學生10人(包括聯合培養,2010年派往美國裏海大學一人,2011年擬派往紐約州立大學,南洋理工大學等各一人)
