唐朝暉1993年7月畢業於University of Versailles(凡爾塞大學),獲得計算機碩士, 1996年10月畢業於法國INRIA (法國國家計算機研究所) and University of Versailles (凡爾塞大學),獲得計算機博士學位。先後在重要國際會議SIG KDD 2005,SIG KDD 2004 (Local chair),SIG KDD 2003,PAKDD 2002,XML for Analysis Council member (數據挖掘分委會),DMG/PMML member.擔任組委會成員。

1996年十月-1999年九月 法國Sema Group 在集團技術總監下領導一個技術團隊, 負責電訊領域數據挖掘及多維資料庫項目.
1995年一月 –1995年十二月 TechGnosis(DataDirect) 技術顧問,參與資料庫中間件DataDirect Sequelink 的開發工作.
